Taking it down a notch

I am looking for ideas to take it down a notch. I have to find some relaxing activities and am seeking ideas.

Even running is a mission for me. I am noticing as I try to regulate the system... how much of life is either a mission or a to do or something that is "good fo me" or something I need to know or knowledge on health or news... you get the drift.

 I am trying to create space, spacious awareness and try to do somethings that are either enjoyable and/or relaxing.

I can think of things such as nature etc.   Its a lifestyle change for me.
Even down to the movie choices I make... all action pact high intensity.

That in mind...

What are some movies people would recommend or enjoy  ( the feel good or laugh type~ non are in my zone at present).

What else do people do for hobbies that they enjoy.

Connections as well ( mine all have a mission)... nothing for fun.. What do you do for fun.

Thanks.  I am seeking ideas and then it will open up a new pathway to regulation and down low limbic action... ( hopefully)

Even breath work is a mission... so maybe its the umbrella approach as well.  I need to do some substitutions if that make sense and create habits that can give me something other than high intensity... somethings that give pleasure and feed in another way.... One suggestion was to put on music in the morning and dance...mmmm I will start there... lol
